Welcome to NJV Educational Consulting LLC, led by Victor Iacovano. He is an expert with 34 years of experience in educational consulting. We guide academic professionals while focusing on leadership, teaching skills, and school safety. We can support your visions, thus ensuring your schools are ideal for learning and growth.

Our Mission & Goal

NJV aims to provide school Principals with the support needed to help ensure that they are leveraging and maximizing all resources for their school. We offer many valuable and insightful opportunities to bring attention to and address the many complexities that school leaders face every day. From leadership support to teacher development to student services, we at NJV have a unique approach to helping make schools flourish! We are happy to bring our unique prospective to help your school flourish!

Bio

Victor NJV

Victor Iacovano started his Educational career in 1989, as a middle school teacher. He attained his Masters in Sports Management and Administration and Supervision by 1994. He is a licensed Assistant Principal for Elementary, Middle and High School. He maintains a Principal’s License in NYC and New Jersey.
He was a Middle School Assistant Principal for 23 years.

Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal, he was Dean of Students for a large Middle School in Brooklyn NY.
He was a Supervisor for the Big Apples games in NYC as well as Home Instruction for the DOE.
He was born and raised in NYC and currently resides in NJ with his wife and 3 children.
